THRIVE composites can be quickly customized for a range of customer requirements. For example, ratios of cellulose to polymer can be adjusted to change product strength and flexibility with either low or high melt flow indices (MFIs). Below is an example of the degree of possible customization using THRIVE DXseries200, which are pre-blended with virgin or pre-consumer recycled polypropylene (PP).

In addition to polypropylene, our scientists and technical experts will work with you to blend cellulose fiber with a range of fossil-fuel derived and bio-based “workhorse” polymers, including:
