All equipment, machinery or
material offered for sale under Weyerhaeuser's Surplus Asset Program is sold "as is, where is and with all faults" with
no guarantee or warranty as to condition, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Such assets may be incomplete
or may not be equipped with guards or other safety devices necessary for the particular use you intend or that are required
under current safety regulations. Buyers assume all risk of determining suitability for their particular application. Please
note that certain additional terms regarding title, payment and pickup also apply to all assets sold under this program.
