Ryan Connors – Senior Geologist
Ryan Connors launched his geological career with Weyerhaeuser in March 2006. His role in the mineral resources department includes evaluating the geologic potential of minerals on Weyerhaeuser lands. Along with prospect generation and detailed technical evaluations, he is responsible for running economic models in order to determine if Weyerhaeuser should lease their minerals or participate in the drilling of wells. Ryan is an active member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.

Larry M. Dunn – Senior Staff Landman
Larry has been with Weyerhaeuser’s mineral resources department since August 2008. With over 30 years of industry experience, Larry has a vast array of practice and familiarity with the oil and gas industry. Past industry experience includes 10 years as staff landman for The Houston Exploration Company, Houston, Texas; various contract in-house landman positions for 12 years; and independent landman for eight years responsible for various field assignments. Certified as a professional landman in 1991, Larry is also an active member in the American Association of Professional Landmen and Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation.

Lisa Eurom – Lease Analyst
Lisa Eurom began her career with Weyerhaeuser in January 1996 and transferred to the mineral resources department in 2004. Since joining the minerals resources department, Lisa has held both support and analyst positions where she interprets and maintains accurate oil and gas records. Through her contributions the minerals resources department is able to analyze current land activities and effectively market open acreage blocks. Lisa is an active member of the North American Land Title Association.

William (Bill) Niemi – Exploration Supervisor
Bill Niemi brings 32 years of industry experience to the forefront of Weyerhaeuser exploration efforts. Bill began his career in 1980 as a geologist with Unocal in Oklahoma City and joined Weyerhaeuser in 1983. He is involved in exploration and development efforts across all Weyerhaeuser geographies, namely the Black Warrior Basin, the Ouachita Overthrust, the Mississippi Salt Basin, and North Louisiana. Bill is currently focused on the interpretation of Weyerhaeuser’s extensive 2D and 3D data sets, using SMT and Petra. Bill feels that Weyerhaeuser can be a strong industry partner by providing companies with quality prospects and plays, along with an extensive seismic and geologic data base, across Weyerhaeuser mineral ownership. Bill is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and a licensed geologist in Washington state.

David Pauli – Senior Exploration Geologist
David Pauli has over 25 years of geological industry expertise and began his career with Weyerhaeuser in October 1989. His talents for lease and prospect evaluations, along with prospect development, help to produce dynamic plays for the mineral resources department to bring to market. David’s involvement with land acquisitions and divestitures, oil and gas play trends, and basin analysis are integral to the success of the department. David is an active member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.

Pamela Reed – Land Manager
Pamela Reed has over 33 years of industry proficiency. Prior to her management position with Weyerhaeuser, which began in January 2005, she held landman positions in Texas with Hawn Brothers (17 years) and Coastal Oil & Gas/El Paso E&P (10 years). She has been a certified professional landman since 1984. In her current role, Pamela oversees management of lease negotiations and finalization of oil and gas agreements and seismic permitting, as well as management of lease records. Her professional affiliations include the American Association of Professional Landmen, Houston Association of Professional Landmen, Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, and former membership in the Corpus Christi Association of Professional Landmen.
