Our scale and the geographic concentration of our landholdings enable highly efficient harvests. In the southern United States, our size and concentration mean we can offer contractors consistent work and long-term relationships. The result? A cost advantage over competitors as well as an exemplary safety record. Our recordable incident rate among southern contractors is less than 1.0, a tenth of what it was a decade ago.

Our scale also helps us earn top dollar for our logs by matching high-value logs with customers who profit by getting exactly what they need. For example, sawlogs are three times more valuable than logs suitable only for making paper pulp. And sawlogs with premium diameter and quality can fetch twice the price of lower-quality logs.
