Optimizing Our Timberlands Portfolio

We continually evaluate our portfolio of landholdings, weeding out low-performing, nonstrategic parcels and acquiring land that promises higher returns. Since 2000, we've increased our ownership by 1.5 million acres, while selling major tracts of nonstrategic land. Our portfolio in the United States and South America is growing.
