We take action to build an inclusive workforce which includes diversity business networks and mentoring, as well as rewarding diversity and inclusion achievements, and even supplier diversity programs. We regularly advertise and partner with various organizations to connect with communities to strengthen diversity recruitment outreach. We support the United Negro College Fund by participating in a regional board and sponsoring select local activities.
