- Be confident. The best way to keep calm, cool and collected during an interview is to know your material, meaning your resume, about the company and why you’re the best person for the job.
- Be prepared. Asking questions about the position and the company shows not only that you’ve done your research, but also that you’re truly interested in being part of our team.
- Be professional. Dressing appropriately and communicating with confidence reflects a level of maturity, as well as respect for your interviewer. It also indicates your ability to interact with different levels of staff, customers and/or clients.
- Be yourself. Your personality is a big part of what makes you unique. It’s okay to show you have a sense of humor. We like to see who you are beyond your qualifications.
