Harassment Policy
Weyerhaeuser enforces an anti-harassment policy which states all employees, suppliers, customers, and visitors are treated with dignity and respect. It also states our work environment is free from any and all forms of harassment.
Human Rights Policy
Human rights are the basic standards of treatment to which all people are entitled worldwide, regardless of factors such as nationality, gender, and race or economic status. This policy is guided by the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and is embodied in Weyerhaeuser’s:
