We prefer minority- and women-owned suppliers to be certified through one of the organizations outlined on this site. We apply the same requirements to all of our purchases: Our objective is to reduce total cost and manage spending with suppliers to meet our needs and specifications, enabling us to deliver value to our customers.

Please do not contact our sourcing managers directly, unless they have already been in contact with you. Once your information has been submitted, it is available for all sourcing managers throughout the United States to view. Our supplier diversity office works closely with our sourcing managers to introduce new suppliers into our procurement process.

To support employees in this effort, we developed our Ethics and Business Conduct program, which includes a written code of ethics. The Ethics and Business Conduct staff consists of five full-time professionals who serve as an objective resource to assist employees in ethical decision-making and to address allegations of unethical or illegal conduct.
