FAQ

How do I submit my firm's information to be considered as a company qualified to supply Weyerhaeuser?

If your company provides one or more of the goods or services listed on this site, please contact us. We especially welcome minority- or women-owned business enterprises to contact us regarding opportunities.

How do I become a Weyerhaeuser supplier?

If your product or service is needed by Weyerhaeuser and your company meets our requirements, you will be contacted by a sourcing manager as opportunities arise.

What does Weyerhaeuser expect from its suppliers?

Weyerhaeuser expects all suppliers to review the list of what we buy and identify whether your product or service fits our needs. We prefer minority- and women-owned suppliers to be certified through one of the organizations outlined on this site. We apply the same requirements to all of our purchases: Our objective is to reduce total cost and manage spending with suppliers to meet our needs and specifications, enabling us to deliver value to our customers.

May I contact your sourcing managers directly to make them aware that I have submitted my company's information?

Please do not contact our sourcing managers directly, unless they have already been in contact with you. Once your information has been submitted, it is available for all sourcing managers throughout the United States to view. Our supplier diversity office works closely with our sourcing managers to introduce new suppliers into our procurement process.

What are Weyerhaeuser's standards of ethical conduct?

We maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct in our dealings with all of our suppliers. To support employees in this effort, we developed our Ethics and Business Conduct program, which includes a written code of ethics. The Ethics and Business Conduct staff consists of five full-time professionals who serve as an objective resource to assist employees in ethical decision-making and to address allegations of unethical or illegal conduct. Read Weyerhaeuser's code of ethics.
