Anti-Harassment Policy
Beyond protections mandated by law, Weyerhaeuser enforces an anti-harassment policy. This states that all employees, suppliers, customers and visitors will be treated with dignity and respect. It also states that our work environment will be free from any and all forms of harassment. In 2007, 90 percent of Weyerhaeuser's employees completed online harassment-prevention training. This prohibition of any form of harassment also applies to all of our contracted personnel, including security staff. Starting in 2008, Weyerhaeuser expects that suppliers and contractors will act in accordance with our Supplier Code of Ethics, which aligns with our human rights and anti-harassment policies.
