Washington

Recreational access at its best

The Pacific Northwest is one of the best places in the world to grow Douglas fir. We own more than a million acres of forest in Washington to help supply the world’s need for forest products like lumber and diapers. But a forest has intangible benefits too, so we allow recreational access when compatible with our forestry operations.

Hike a trail. Scout that trophy elk. Go fishing. Sit and ponder. Recreational access has many benefits and in Washington State, we have plenty of areas to explore. From beautiful vistas in Clark County to mountain streams in Whatcom County, these lands provide great recreational opportunities.
