Gaining Inclusion Momentum

This month, Empowering Women of Weyerhaeuser — a.k.a. E-WOW — celebrated its one-year anniversary since launching in October of last year. E-WOW was the first of our employee resource groups to relaunch with a fresh purpose and strategy, and by the end of this year its employee-led leadership team will have organized 11 virtual events on a variety of topics with different formats, including speaker panels, networking sessions and book/podcast discussions. So Much Violence

I’m sure many of you have been following the news about the horrifying shootings this past weekend that killed 11 people in separate acts of racially motivated violence and hate. One targeted Black people at a supermarket in Buffalo, N.Y., and another targeted a Taiwanese church in California.
