The purpose of this California Privacy Notice is to inform is to inform individuals who inquire about or apply for employment (“you” or “your”) at Weyerhaeuser (the “Company” or “we” or “us”) and who are residents of the State of California of the categories of Personal Information we may collect about you and the purposes for which we may use such Personal Information. References: such as opinions and comments of any previous employers or other references

Legally Protected Classifications
National identification information: such as your country of birth or the country where you are a registered national or citizen, and any visa or other right to work
We may use this information to determine your eligibility to work and fulfill our obligations to regulatory authorities.
Legally protected categories information: such as your age, ethnicity, nationality, gender, and veteran status
We may use this information to conduct equal employment opportunity and diversity monitoring in accordance with law and to fulfill our reporting obligations to the EEOC.
Voice and video recordings: such as audio recordings of interviews
We may use this information to share your interview responses with the appropriate hiring team.
